Tracking an order

If you have placed an order and you want to check its status,

• You can view this from your account on seller website.

Step 1 - Go to my orders.

Step 2 - Click on the order you want to track.

Step 3 - Click on details.

• You can track your order by clicking the tracking link sent to you by email from seller website.
• You can track your order by visiting our website https://jovi-go.com/track/ and typing the tracking number.

Make sure the mobile number registered on your order is valid to receive shipping updates via SMS.
