If you wish to cancel an order, kindly follow below instructions:
- Order status is Created or Received
Cancellation can be requested via Seller website call center or customer service.
- Order status is Processed or Shipped
Cancellation cannot be requested.
You can refuse delivery when delivery agent contacts you.
